The Development Services Division encompasses four sections involved in regulating local land development:

Concurrency and Mobility Management System Office: reviews and helps to mitigate development's impact on public facilities and assists developers and engineers through the state mandated concurrency process.

Review Group (fka Development Management Group (DMG)): reviews construction plans for site development (10-set), plats, and right of way permits; performs subdivision/roadway inspections in preperation for acceptance; and assists customers through floodplain management processes.
