Public Swimming Pools 
The City of Jacksonville has 34 pools open to the public. Swim season runs late spring through late summer. Link to summer pool schedule.

Cecil Aquatics Center 
The Cecil Aquatics Center is located at the Cecil Recreation Complex in Jacksonville's Westside. The indoor facility has an Olympic-size pool and an instructional pool, and open year-round.

JaxParks offers a series of swim lessons for youth and adults. Classes are offered at JaxParks public swimming pools.

Stroke Clinic
JaxParks Aquatics Office and Cecil Aquatics Center is offering free stroke clinics to help swimmers improve stroke techniques. Experienced swimmers clinic offered June 16 - 19, beginners offered June 30 - July 3, and all levels offered July 14 - 17. Fee is $40 per session. Select locations. Junior Lifeguard Camp 
This unique aquatics program teaches children ages 11-15 water safety and rescue techniques. The camp is offered at two location; Hanna Park (Beaches) and the Cecil Aquatics Center (West Jacksonville).
