Current Planning

The Current Planning Division reviews zoning applications, variances, waivers and other related matters. It maintains the zoning atlas and reviews site plans and plans for cell towers. It also staffs the Planning Commission, City Council's Land Use and Zoning Committees and the Cell Tower Review Committee.
